Koblenz-Landau, Germany. From 2007 to 2011 he was the head of theKonrad Adenauer Foundation'sRegional Programme Maghreb, responsible for the offices in Rabat
(Morocco), Algiers (Algeria) and Tunis (Tunisia). Prior to his stay in North Africa, Mr. Schiller held positions as a Foreign and European Policy Advisor in the German Parliament, as a desk
officer for European Affairs in the Bavarian State Chancellery, and as a research assistant with the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (SWP).
